Payment and Shipping

All transactions are in US Dollars.

Online payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard, or by Money Order. If paying by Money Order, no shipment will be made for in-stock items until 3 business days after the Money Order clears.

Shipping of firearms and receivers can only be made to an FFL, and in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

Non-ATF regulated item sales, as well as repairs and restorations of customer supplied guns will ship directly to, or back to, the customer.

Shipping is done through USPS, UPS or FedEx, as product(s) and shipper policies dictate. All ATF regulated items are shipped with adult signature required - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping times will vary depending on delivery method and location, but generally, within 2-7 days from ship date.

We do NOT ship outside of the United States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require s surcharge; contact us prior to placing your order if you live in those states.

We do NOT ship to US Territories (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

If you are located outside the United States, we do not export, but we may be able to refer you to an exporter that can handle your needs. Contact us at jamesriverarmory@gmail.com for more information, and we'll try to help.

We do NOT ship ANY firearms, receivers, flats, or magazines to California.

We do NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses.

We do NOT ship ANY firearms, receivers, flats, or magazines to any state where prohibited by state law.

We do NOT ship ammunition anywhere.
