First model new production by Pietta. This is a great reproduction made in Italy. The only problem we have seen with this carbine is accuracy. We determined that the rifling is too slow and too shallow to accurately stabilize the bullet. We sent the barrels to Hoyt's machine shop to be reworked with a faster twist and deeper rifling. These will now shoot with the accuracy of the originals.
